UHELP training is self-paced and built in stages. These are the six steps, from finding a path to verifying the certificate it issues.
Browse the catalog and pick a training path. Some are open to anyone; others ask you to apply, accept an invitation, or hold a current license first — the path tells you which before you commit.
Enroll in one click for open paths, or submit a short application where required. Once you are in, your progress is saved automatically as you go — start and stop on your own schedule.
Each path is built from modules, and each module from slides. Move at your own pace; the next module unlocks as you complete the one before it.
Where a module includes an assessment, you complete it to finish the module. Each assessment has a passing score set by the path’s authors; you can review the slides and retake where the path allows it.
Finish every required part of a path and a certificate is issued automatically. It carries your name, the credential, and the date — and a public verification link anyone can check.
Send the verification link to an employer, agency, or partner. They open it and see the credential and its current status; no account is needed.
Paths are self-paced. Your progress is kept between sessions — return whenever you can.
When a path requires another path first, its page says so, and it unlocks once the prerequisite is complete.
The system issues the certificate when you finish a path, and each one can be checked by its public verification link.
