How it works

From first enrollment
to a verified certificate.

UHELP training is self-paced and built in stages. Here is the whole path, start to finish, so you know what you are signing up for.

01

Find a path

Browse the catalog and pick a training path. Some are open to anyone; others ask you to apply, accept an invitation, or hold a current license first — the path tells you which before you commit.

02

Enroll

Enroll in one click for open paths, or submit a short application where required. Once you are in, your progress is saved automatically as you go — start and stop on your own schedule.

03

Work through the modules

Each path is built from modules, and each module from slides. Move at your own pace; the next module unlocks as you complete the one before it, so the sequence always makes sense.

04

Pass the assessment

Where a module includes an assessment, you complete it to finish the module. Assessments check that the material landed — you can review and retake where allowed.

05

Earn a certificate

Finish every required part of a path and a certificate is issued automatically. It carries your name, the credential, and the date — and a public verification link anyone can check.

06

Share and verify

Send the verification link to an employer, agency, or partner. They confirm the certificate is genuine and still valid without needing an account — the record speaks for itself.

Good to know

No deadlines

Paths are self-paced. Your progress is kept between sessions — return whenever you can.

Real prerequisites

When a path builds on another, it says so up front and unlocks once you have the foundation.

Credentials that hold up

Certificates are issued by the system, not self-reported, and verifiable by a public link.
